Foreign Secretary Luis Videgaray begins a two-day trip to San Diego, California today to meet with local officials and community and business leaders. 

On Thursday, March 22, the Foreign Secretary will give a talk at the Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies at the University of California, San Diego before meeting with San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer and then with business executives from the CaliBaja region.

On Friday, March 23, the Foreign Secretary will attend a meeting of the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) Board of Directors and tour the Otay Mesa II international border crossing project.
