This work has allowed them to position themselves nationally among the main suppliers of poultry, beef, pork, among other species, and has catapulted them into more than 65 international markets, such as Japan, the United States, Canada, China and the European Union.
Currently, in order to boost their competitiveness, Senasica and the industry are fine-tuning the final details of the pilot program for High Performance TIF Establishments (ECAD), which integrates five plants of this type, so that they can be a model for the rest.
For the last year, technicians and the productive sector have been designing schemes aimed at optimizing various regulatory and surveillance processes, with the goal of further increasing the safety guarantees to consumers regarding the processes for the production, packaging, distribution and marketing of meat products.
The pilot program contemplates, in a first stage, applying analyses to five pork slaughtering establishments for three months under the traditional system and three months with the new regulatory simplification approach.
