The annual meeting of top Mexican diplomats ended today with a presentation of the list of specific foreign policy actions that will be taken throughout the year.
The presentation was given by the Foreign Ministry’s four undersecretaries:
- Ambassador Carlos de Icaza, Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs
- Paulo Carreño King, Undersecretary for North America
- Ambassador Socorro Flores Liera, Undersecretary for Latin America and the Caribbean
- Ambassador Miguel Ruiz Cabañas, Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights
Each Undersecretary outlined the policies by which the ambassadors and consuls of each region will be guided to continue to promote a proactive and creative Mexican foreign policy.
