During President Enrique Peña Nieto’s state visit to France, over 60 agreements on cooperation in various fields were signed.

The cooperation agreements in education will allow greater academic exchanges between students from the two countries and cooperation between higher education institutes.

The health agreements will result in the preparation of a dengue vaccine in Mexico, and medical personnel training, particularly as regards kidney transplants.

In the economic sphere, reciprocal investments will be encouraged and support provided for small and medium enterprises to expand and internationalize.

The ties of friendship between France and Mexico have been strengthened by this state visit, while the agreements will ensure better conditions for both societies.
