The 26.3 kilometers of the Pablo Garcia y Montilla Ring Road inaugurated by President Peña Nieto will promote economic development in Campeche and boost tourism by linking it to the Mexico-Puebla-Puerto Progreso corridor.

With an investment of 1.65 billion pesos and an average traffic flow of more than 8000 vehicles a day, this public work will reduce travel time, eliminate frontal crashes, which used to be a common occurrence; reduce vehicle operating costs and pollutant emissions; and speed up the movement of goods between the states in the peninsula and the center of the country.

More communication and infrastructure will enable Mexico to compete successfully in the world.
