The exhibit includes 70 items, facsimile documents and photographs relating to the first bilateral contacts during the second half of the nineteenth century to the present.

 

The inauguration was attended by Mercedes de Vega, Director General of the National Archives; Evgeny Bushmin, Deputy Chairperson of the Council of the Federation; Eduard Malayan, Ambassador of Russia in Mexico; and Ambassador Alejandro Negrin Muñoz, Director General for Europe of the Foreign Ministry, among other guests.

 

The exhibit will be open to the public through the end of January 2016, in the Alfaro Siqueiros Hall of the National Archives on 113 Eduardo Molina Ave, Colonia Penitenciaria, Venustiano Carranza Delegation, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free.
