Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Passport fees should be paid by using the worksheet at the bank teller window before going to your appointment.
2017 Passport Fees
Passport fees have been updated for 2017 according to the Finance Ministry’s Federal Fee Law. Beginning on January 1, 2017, the passport fees will be:
For one year (only for children aged 3 and below): $545 (50% discount: $270)
For 3 years: $1,130 (50% discount: $565)
For 6 years: $1,555 (50% discount: $775)
For 10 years (not for agricultural workers): $2,390 (50% discount: $1,195)
NOTE: If you apply for a passport in a state or municipal Foreign Ministry liaison office, there may be an additional fee. ASK!
Passports must be applied for in person by each applicant at the Foreign Ministry’s offices (State and Municipal Delegations and Liaison Offices). Don’t be fooled by people offering this service anywhere else!
