of their vulnerability, require specialized help.
Mexico accepts its responsibility and is working to build a
global and regional vision based on human rights, shared responsibility and an appreciation
for the contributions of the people who leave their hometowns to seek new
opportunities. For this reason, it has created the Open Door Program and will
provide medical care at its consulates.
