Facts about the charter of human and labor rights for adolescents of legal working age

The charter includes the following:

• A “traffic light” assessment tool for prohibited, qualified and acceptable child labor
• Requirements for working as an adolescent; labor rights and responsibilities; and the rights of pregnant adolescents
• A definition of dangerous and unhealthy work that is prohibited for minors, and
• Related bodies of laws
