The Global Network (#RedGlobalMX) brings together highly-skilled Mexicans abroad and highlights their potential and abilities.

Mexico is the leading Latin American country and sixth worldwide in sending highly-skilled migrants abroad, with more than 1 million around the world. Therefore, the Institute for Mexicans Abroad (IME) has developed an outreach strategy for this diaspora through the  Global Network of Highly-Skilled Mexicans Abroad.

The network currently has 50 regional chapters in 23 countries on four continents. It seeks to create ties to the Mexican community living abroad in order to develop joint projects that help Mexico better position itself in the global economy and, specifically, in the knowledge economy.

Together with the Mexican talent that has migrated, the IME seeks to develop outreach programs that strengthen and consolidate its knowledge networks and to evaluate the potential of this cooperative relationship in defining a national strategy that benefits Mexico.
