As part of the activities of the 11th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF), THE President of the National Institute of the Entrepreneur (INADEM), Enrique Jacob, met with Deputy Ministers of the Government of the People's Republic of China.
He stressed In his meetings that coparticipating in this fair represents for Mexico the possibility of exploring new markets and discover new business opportunities as well, particularly for our small and medium enterprises.
In turn, Zhu Hongren, Deputy Minister of Industry and Information Technology, summed up this edition of the CISMEF will boost those companies of major sectors of the economy such as: automotive and auto parts, saving of energy, metallurgy, smart city, Internet and management consulting services.
At a meeting with officials of the Government of the Province of Guangdong, Liu Zhigeng said that "both the Mexican and Chinese governments have its eyes on the CISMEF, because this initiative seeks to build a bridge for the Mexican companies".
The President of INADEM, Enrique Jacob, accompanied by the Ambassador of Mexico in China, Julián Ventura, the Mexico's Consul General in Guangzhou, David Nájera, and the governor of Yucatán, Rolando Rodrigo Zapata, said that "this Fair is the largest exhibition of economic and commercial cooperation between Mexico and China since the establishment of the bilateral relations, because it has the largest number of exhibitor companies".
He also stressed that "it is the delegation of larger scale so far, which will lead to another level of cooperation between Mexico and China as the President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, said in his last meeting with the President of China, Xi Ying Ping".
In four days, Mexican entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to learn firsthand the demand, customers and consumers of the region, in order to facilitate the trade exchange and the generation of new business between both countries.
In this edition, the CISMEF features more than 170 Mexican enterprises of the sectors of agriculture, food, beverages, textiles and medical supplies, as well as 18 government agencies and 32 state government agencies.
Attendees will have an opportunity to visit over 5,000 stands and 4,000 exhibitors from 32 Chinese provinces inside the 100,000 m2 that conforms the exhibition area.
The Secretariat of Economy, through the National Institute of the Entrepreneur (INADEM), reaffirms its commitment to the Mexican entrepreneurial ecosystem, as well as the small and medium-sized companies seeking to internationalize their markets.
