The Undersecretary for Competitiveness and Regulation of the Secretariat of Economy, María del Rocío Ruiz Chávez, served as a witness of honor in the agreement signed by Aristóteles Núñez Sánchez, Head of the Tax Administration Service (SAT, by its initials in Spanish) and Paulo Magaña Rodríguez, President of the National College of Mexican Public Brokerage, to establish general rules of work and joint activities in their respective areas of competence.
In accordance with the Federal Law of Public Brokerage and its Regulation, within the powers of the Secretariat of Economy is to ensure the efficacy of the service provided by Public Brokers, as auxiliaries of trade and as Public Notaries in the subject that the law authorize for them, always taking care of the legal certainty in the acts they are involved.
