Today, it was published in the Official Gazette the resolution in which it is declared the initiation of the antidumping investigation on imports of steel wire rod made in China, resulting from the application submitted by the domestic producers.
Based on the analysis of the information provided by these companies and that the Secretariat has reached out, through the Unit of International Trade Practices (UPCI, by its initials in Spanish), it was determined that there is sufficient evidences to initiate the investigation.
With these actions, the Secretariat of Economy will continue to work to promote good practices in international trade.
