When you perform a physical activity or practice a sport you do not only contribute to your physical health, but also to your mental health, and when you do it, you generate endorphins and opiates that generate sensations in your body such as happiness, tranquility and even peace.

Today in the framework of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, it is important to point out that from the health point of view it is of the utmost importance to stay active, therefore you must perform physical activity at least five days a week from 45 to 60 minutes of exercise.

This has great benefits in both our body and brain, in cardiovascular and even increase life expectancy, and quoting Dr. José Gilberto Jiménez Franco, Deputy Director of Medicine of the National Institute of Rehabilitation, people should feel "to die with a body as young as possible, and as late as possible", that is, living with the best possible quality of life without having to suffer in advanced ages from diseases that could be prevented by having a healthy lifestyle throughout our life.
