This is the decalogue of your sexual rights.

Know them and arm them:

  1. Freedom: Includes the expression of the potential of individuals. It excludes all sexual coercion, exploitation and abuse at any time of life.
  2. Privacy: Involves decisions and individual conduct carried out in the field of privacy; as long as they do not interfere with the rights of others.
  3. Equity: Opposes all forms of discrimination, regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, race, social class, religion or physical or emotional limitation.
  4. Pleasure: It is a source of physical, psychological, intellectual and spiritual well-being.
  5. Emotional expression: Includes the right to express sexuality through communication, contact, emotional expression and love.
  6. Free association: Means the possibility of contracting or not marrying, divorcing and establishing other types of responsible sexual associations.
  7. Making reproductive decisions, free and responsible: Decide whether or not to have children, the number and space between each, and the right to full access to contraceptive methods.
  8. Information based on scientific knowledge: It implies that sexual information must be based on free and ethical scientific research, as well as the right to its dissemination at all social levels.
  9. Comprehensive sexual education: Process that begins with birth and lasts throughout life. It must involve all social institutions.
  10. Health care: Must be available for the prevention and treatment of all sexual problems, worries and disorders.
