The use of video games by young people and adolescents who spend many hours a day, can cause isolation, neglect of academic activities, sedentary lifestyle, overweight and obesity.

The worst is that it also promotes decrease of family life and friends.

Video games are part of the diversity of entertainment options for youth. They are exciting, attractive and produce intense stimulation, because you can interact with people from other parts of the world. This generates the need to spend many hours in front of the consoles.

Parents are responsible for promoting healthy lifestyles to maintain a balance in school, physical and recreational areas.
