The president reiterated the government’s support to ensure that, “The injured continue to receive specialized medical care for their recovery, and to work with artisans who lost most of their assets in this event”.
“Today we are concerned with providing proper medical care for the injured,” he said.
President Peña Nieto said that at the Zumpango Specialized Regional Hospital, he spoke with the leaders of the artisans at San Pablito, to whom he pledged to support 300 stallholders from that market, so they can resume their normal activities next year, “And we will really be able to rebuild that market”.

He said that the State of Mexico has never been alone, since it has enjoyed the generous, fraternal support of the president who, from the start, issued instructions to provide all possible support for the victims of this accident.
He noted that the Secretaries of the Interior, National Defense, Navy, Agricultural, Territorial and Urban Development, and their teams have been present, offering support for the victims of this accident.
