Mexican cuisine has established itself as an economic

presentation of the Policy to Promote National
Cuisine to the ambassadors and consuls.

great ambassadors"of Mexico’s
an opportunity to promote Mexico’s culinary
wealth and diversity and to showcase why Mexican cuisine was added to
UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2010. This place of honor is
shared only with the Mediterranean diet and French and Japanese cuisine (as
customary social practices).
