The Secretariat of Economy (SE, by its initials in Spanish), through the National Institute of Entrepreneur (INADEM, in Spanish), joins the Economic Recovery Program in Oaxaca, instructed by the President, Enrique Peña Nieto, to promote the development and growth of the state.

The INADEM will support small and medium-sized businesswomen and men through four strategies:

1. Immediate support to Medium, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, in trade, services and tourism sector: This strategy will consist in the delivery of immediate resources to affected businesswomen and men. These resources may be used to restore their working capital, to cover debts and urgent remodeling businesses. The amounts will be allocated from 10 thousand to 25 thousand pesos, depending on size and sector.

2. Program of Funding for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs:the SE, together with Nacional Financiera (NAFIN, in Spanish) and the state government, will grant bank loans up to 350 million pesos, which will benefit more than 400 small and medium-sized enterprises. For this program, the Secretariat of Economy, through INADEM, will contribute 50 million pesos of the Program of Guarantees.

3. Incentives for the acquisition of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) and Training: the entrepreneurs will have resources to acquire a comprehensive solution of technology and business consulting with a cost of 10 thousand to 15 thousand pesos, according to the company size.

4. Initiative for enhancing the tourism sector: with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of businesswomen and men in this sector, through the application of innovative methodologies for the better development of the tourism business of Oaxaca. Thus, will benefit more than 100 tourism companies, 50 new jobs will be created and kept more than 200.
