In recent times, they have increased myths about the consumption of milk, some of these myths attribute to the milk to be the cause of different diseases as influenza, bronchitis or conjunctivitis.

Consuming milk during pregnancy and lactation provides benefits for both: mother and baby; in childhood and adolescence, stages of growth, physical and mental development, it is essential to provide iron and calcium. In the adult milk consumption, helps to prevent osteoporosis.
