milk (low fat), skim (fat), lactose-free and whole, developed according to the
needs of each person.
Consuming milk during pregnancy and lactation provides
benefits for both: mother and baby; in childhood and adolescence, stages of
growth, physical and mental development, it is essential to provide iron and
calcium. In the adult milk consumption, helps to prevent osteoporosis.
