As he acknowledged the trajectory of 30 public servants with 25 and 30 years’ service in the President’s Office, and presented incentives and rewards to another 32, Head of the President’s Office Francisco Guzmán Ortiz said that unity is a value that is lived and practiced in the President’s Office, which achieves results and hastens the country’s transformation. ”We work together to get results; we work together to hasten the transformation of the country; we work in unity for a single great purpose: ensuring a great future for all Mexicans”.

“Serving Mexico is a source of great pride. This was expressed by the Mexican president, a conviction which,” he said, “is shared by all those who collaborate in the Federal Government.

”Each of the prize winners realizes this: the vocation for public service is intensely practiced, felt and lived in the President’s Office,” and the employees who have received awards today contribute their ability, talent and professional experience in addition to an extraordinary willingness to give the best of themselves every day,” he added.

Guzmán Ortiz  noted that, in the four years of President Enrique Peña Nieto’s administration, everyone has done his duty, bringing his efforts to the great project of national transformation. Moreover, their commitment, dedication and tremendous dedication, “Contribute in one way or another to constructing the Mexico we all want: a country with more and better opportunities for everyone”.

For those acknowledged today he expressed his respect and admiration and said that,  “Their dedication and perseverance are an inspiration and an example to us all”.

General Administrative Coordinator of the President’s Office Carlos Ramirez Velasco told the winners of President Enrique Peña Nieto’s call to be “factors of unity” in every government agency.

Ramirez Velasco told them that, as noted by the president, unity is the country’s most valuable asset, whereby, “We will be able to overcome the challenges of the coming years, and not only face but also overcome them”.

“In unity we can contribute better to the construction of the Mexico we all want: a fairer, more prosperous country with opportunities for everyone,” he said.

During the presentation of the National Prize for Length of Public Service and the Incentives and Rewards Program 2016, held at the National Museum of Anthropology, he said that the challenges for the next two years will be enormous, which is why the president, “Urges  us to redouble our efforts,” because as he himself has pointed out, “It is time to apply ourselves thoroughly, working at the limit of our capabilities to consolidate the efforts to transform the country and multiply their benefits for Mexicans”.

The General Administrative Coordinator of the President’s Offices told the award winners that they should feel proud to be part of the Federal Public Administration, since the work they do contributes to the great goal that unites us all: “The well-being of Mexican families,”

At the ceremony, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Prizes, Incentives and Rewards, 22 public servants from the president’s office with 25 years of experience, and another eight with 30 years of service received awards. Incentives were also presented to 30 public servants from the president’s office, and rewards given to another two.
