Within the framework of the Inter-American Conference of Ministers of
Labor of the Organization of America States, President Enrique Peña Nieto
declared that Mexico is moving towards an effective labor justice.
Labor reform has enabled a flexible,
efficient labor market. However, conflict resolution between employers and
employees in the courts is still slow, expensive and inaccessible.
This transformation involves the
transformation and modernization of the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards at
the federal and state levels.
The Dialogues for Everyday Justice will
undertake a thorough review of the legal framework for this category.
On the basis of these results, it will
be possible to submit a bill to Congress on Labor Justice during the Period of
Ordinary Sessions from February to April 2016.
