If you have a problem with your purchases during the #Good Weekend, the Federal Consumer Bureau (PROFECO) invites you to use Conciliaexprés.

Conciliaexprés lets you resolve consumer complaints immediately, through the Consumer’s Telephone, with previously registered providers, without having to go to a PROFECO office.

How does it work?

1. If you have a problem with your purchases, contact Consumer Telephone: 5568 8722 if you are in Mexico City and the metropolitan area; or 01 800 468 8722 in the rest of the country.

2. If the provider is registered in Conciliaexprés, PROFECO will contact him by phone and explain your problem.

3. The supplier, in turn, will provide an alternative to your problem.

4. PROFECO can advise you at any time and ensure that you and the vendor reach an agreement, in which your consumer rights are respected.
