The aim of the Hundred Per Cent Schools Program is to ensure that schools are decent areas where education is provided.

Under this educational model, the school day is extended from four to six hours and may last up to eight hours. Students will therefore be able to acquire new skills such as speaking another language, English, playing an instrument, or devote time to cultural or sports activities.
