The Biennial Update Report to the Framework Convention of the United Nations on Climate Change (BUR) is an effort to update the information provided in national communications for Parties Non-Annex 1 (1 / COP 16 paragraph 60) and provides to the international community regular information on the state of progress in the implementation of policies and programs on climate change.
